Our 3.5 BHK private pool villa welcomes up to 16 guests. Confirm your dates, guest count, sleeping arrangements and total price with the host by call or WhatsApp before booking. A caretaker is available, and a cook can be arranged on request at an extra cost.

House rules & booking terms
A ₹5,000 refundable security deposit is payable at check-in. It is refunded after checkout, subject to property inspection. Damage or loss may be deducted.
Kitchen usage is ₹500 per stay. A cook is available on request at an additional cost.
Only confirmed guests may stay. Additional guests or visitors require prior approval. Maximum capacity is 16 guests.
Check-in is from 1:00 PM. Checkout is strictly by 11:00 AM.
The swimming pool is available until 10:30 PM. Food, drinks, glass bottles and breakable items are not permitted inside the pool. Children must be supervised by an adult.
Music must be switched off by 10:00 PM. Please keep noise reasonable and respect our neighbours.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Illegal drugs and substances are strictly prohibited.
Our natural surroundings may bring occasional insects or small animals despite regular pest control. Outdoor surfaces may be slippery during monsoon.
Power fluctuations may occasionally occur. Inverter backup is available for essential use. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
